Online Application Process

Start Online Submission

Head over to our online portal, register in the portal and after confirmation log in on to the portal to begin working on the form.

Submit The Form

Fill in your details, choice of stream or studies and other required and relevant data. Make sure to attend all the tabs which have been marked compulsory for the successful completion of the form.

Review The Submission

Review the form to make any changes and then decide the payment method and complete payment for the further processing of your application. The fees are Rs 200 without late fees.

Take Exam

 Appear for the entrance test in accordance to the instructions provided post the payment, online or offline based on your preferences.

Gather Necessary Documents

The requisite documents are as follows-

  1. Memorandum of marks of the qualifying examinations

  2. Transfer Certificate

  3. Date of Birth Certificate

  4. Study / Local candidate certificate

  5. Caste certificate and other relevant documents, if necessary for consideration under reservation categories.

Counselling

Following the results of the entrance tests, wards and their parents will be invited to a counselling process to complete the application process.

Things To Know First

The candidates should strictly follow the instructions given in the website while filling up the application form online, and must read the instructions carefully before filling up the online application form.

  • Read the procedure and guidelines for online payments of application or test fee which is to be made through Credit Card / Debit Card/ Internet Banking.
  • The candidate may then proceed to fill the form and submit the completed online application form. The candidate should take a print of payment of receipt and completed online application form for his reference.
  • Candidates should submit the completed online/offline application form on or before the last date mentioned in notification on the website.
  • Candidate should ensure that all information entered during the online/offline application process is correct.
  • Incomplete online/offline application will not be considered and processed.
  • The online/offline application fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Candidates who remain absent for the admission process will forfeit their online application fee.
  • The Information brochure is subject to modification without notice, please check the website regularly for updates, if any.
  • All the correspondence should preferably be addressed by e-mail. The e-mail query shall be addressed only if it is not anonymous and not vague.
  • Candidates are deemed to have read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions in the Information brochure and on completing the online/offline registration/application form for admission.
  • The selection and admission to the programme is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, any such criteria as may be prescribed by the University and availability of seats.
